Cleaning

The visits will be at a time convenient for you and at your desired frequency.  After each cleaning, a protocol for the performed hygienization will be signed.

The service package is extremely suitable for large residential buildings where it is difficult to find a cleaner and the issue of hygiene is difficult to resolve. The service includes:

• Cleaning of common areas;
• Washing of common areas with laundry;
• Cleaning of INOX elements in the elevator with a special detergent and aromatization; 
• Cleaning of entrance doors ; 
• Cleaning the elevator cabin ;
• Maintaining clean railings and elevator doors; 
• Washing windows in common areas, following a pre-specified schedule and frequency;
• Cleaning of underground and above-ground parking spaces with a floor cleaning machine ;
• Cleaning of streets, alleys and green areas /for gated complexes/;
• Snow removal in front of building entrances and along driveways / for gated complexes /.

* For cleaning and disinfection, we will use detergents and disinfectants that do not harm the health of you and your pets.

* In order to be fair and honest with our customers, we will be able to announce the price for the service after an inspection. After which we will prepare an individual offer to be discussed at the general meeting.
