Collection of fees and payment of expenses


Collecting fees in a multi-family building is one of the most difficult and demanding processes requiring openness and  morality.

Through this service we organize and diligently perform the financial management of the Condominium.

The fees for common expenses of the apartments are collected via Easypay/ePay, bank transfer, cashier visit or at our office at the address Varna, Slaveykov Square 4 A, floor 1.

We assume the timely payment of all common expenses of the Condominium.


The "Cashier" service includes:

  • Preparing and updating an entry budget .
  • Collection of monthly contributions for common expenses of the condominium, in the amount of the budget approved by a decision of the General Meeting . The collection of contributions is carried out without any surcharge through the Easypay/ePay system , or by bank transfer . Periodically, a cashier makes an evening visit to collect contributions in cash , at a POS  terminal or in our office .
  • Payment on time of monthly expenses for the common parts of the building to electricity distribution, water supply, elevator and all other companies.
  • Payment of additional expenses , beyond the usual ones for services and supplies, only after approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Storage of payment documents.
  • Preparation of periodic reports or upon request: fees collected for general expenses, late payments, payments made to
  • the relevant operating companies and support companies, revenues and expenses in the general treasury.
  • Through the "Client Login" application , you can monitor the current financial status of your condominium;
  • Regular communication with debtors to the Condominium Fund;
  • Sending individual invitations to the debtors of the Condominium  ;
  • Organization of installment payments of debtors to the Condominium  .
