  • Implementing access control in the Condominium/Complex;
  • Implementation of a pass regime in the complex during the dark part of the day;
  • Follows the instructions given by the Condominium/Complex manager;
  • Monitors the access regime of persons entering and leaving the complex;
  • He/ She walks through the areas and routes assigned to him/her at the prescribed intervals,  checking the condition of the sites for violations and improper functioning of the technical facilities;
  • Strictly adheres to the work schedule and attends daily and periodic  briefings regarding the work performed;
  • Keeps accurate records of his/her activities while on duty;
  • Operates and maintains the technical equipment entrusted to him for the performance of his official duties;
  • Does not leave his shift until taken over by a colleague from the same or the next shift or until the end of working hours;
  • Prepares written reports to the EU Manager for each case of violation in the Condominium/Complex;
  • If necessary , performs other tasks assigned in connection with the regulations for internal order in the Condominium/Complex;
  • Does not allow unidentified outsiders into the Condominium/Complex;
  • Timely and adequate reactions to established violations of the internal rules.
